I always had a French influence on my food as my background is French. However, being Australian and having such a multicultural influence in our culture, I enjoy to pair French & modern Australian together.
Experience
I am 28 years old and I have been a chef for 10 years now. I started my apprenticeship with my dad who is also a chef. I have worked with some very good chefs, including Phillippe Mouchel in Melbourne and the Michelin star chef, David Faure in France. I have also run many little cafes and I currently have my own little catering company.
