Experience
I started out my culinary journey from the tender age of thirteen years old, (13) where I was an apprentice to chef Andrew Thomas. I spent four years under him before moving on to the fish pot restaurant. After applying my trade at the fishpot, I met my second mentor chef Jason Howard who sharpen my skills further, after I finish my mentorship with Mr.Howard I moved on to an Italian restaurant where I learnt Italian cuisine.
