I definitely prefer cooking on the grill, classic American type dishes like burgers, sandwiches of all kinds, and wraps. I personally really enjoy spicy food so that is also something I’m particularly good at.

I have been to SAIT for the apprenticeship professional cooking program, I am currently a second-year apprentice, I’ve worked in the industry for eight years and been a manager/ sous chef/chef for the last five.
