My cooking style is interchangeable. I could make a greasy smash burger, or a 5 course canapé tasting menu. It is solely dependant on the guests desires, and ensuring their experience meets their expectation.

I have 7+ years of experience, ranging from low level restaurants, to fine-dining, as well as 5 star hotels in Toronto. I’ve catered weddings, brunches, parties and more. I fell in love with cooking and the culinary industry when I was 14 years old, and it’s all I’ve done since.
