I am a Chef of 13yrs with experience in CAA/AAA 4 Diamond Hotels, 4 and 5 Diamond Restaurants, and several Relay & Chateau properties. I am Currently the Executive Chef/Owner of Mirage Eastern Cuisine in Warfield, BC.
