Experience
Cooking for 30 years for family, friends and children. Finally obtained a Culinary degree with honors from Liaison Chef College in 2014. Worked one year in Pub style. Two years and present fine dining line cook. Dessert, salad, seafood, steak and soups. Working with Chef Jorge for over a year and learning spices and combinations.
