Experience
I've always wanted be a chef. I started in the industry as a dishwasher at 15 in a pub in the Niagara wine country. I climbed the ranks fast and had a natural touch with food combining beautiful ingredients. I then went on to work in a bistro where I developed my skills even more. I then got a job as a bar manager and a kitchen manager and I started working in hotels where I got to experience banquets and big functions where I was able to show my talent on a large scale. So in 10 short years i've been doing this. I have come this far and it is only up from here!
