Peruvian cuisine delight

My cooking style is very heartwarming and traditional, following the basic recipes of what Peruvian Cuisine has to offer I give it an interpretation of my own making it easy to share with every type of palate.

As a graduate in visual communication I took a detour into the kitchen with my homeland cuisine. Peruvian food has always being inspiring my cooking since I was a child and later on in life it determined the course of my life. Together with my professional experience in the kitchen and my previous education I have come around the idea on the importance of understanding the process of transformation of food and the storytelling behind it.
