I have a fresh and clean (i like to keep things simple) approach to cooking with a clear Mediterranean (South Europe and North Africa) influence. I'm Spanish with a French grand mother so i'm big on these types of cuisines as well. I love to mix food cultures and play with flavours. Cooking for me is like playing. I love it and I have a lot of fun. Big lover of all vegetables and fruits. For me there is no such thing as a main ingredient in a dish. I treat all ingredients composing the dish equally. So I tend to steer away from the classic three course meal format. But I am cooking for you so you decide!!!
