My style is a mix of cultures, flavors and techniques. The base of my style is based in Mexican food but always including different flavors from the world.
Experience
I am a profesional young Chef who started my culinary experience in 2010 in the culinary school UVM-Glion campus Cuernavaca. My first experience in the hospitality industry was in Westin Resort & Spa Cancun. A couple years after I went to Madrid, Spain learning and developing my knowledge in Mediterranean cuisine. After that I came back to Guadalajara Mexico to start in 2014 as a profesional cook. Then I had the opportunity to work in USA with one of the best Luxury Hotel brand in the world, AMAN Resorts in Utah after my experience in Amangiri in Utah I received a new destination in Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Island in the same group AMAN. After that I kept traveling around USA, and I finished at DR as Executive Sous Chef of Amanera, one of the most luxury and exclusive resorts in DR. Now I opened my own project @Sazoncafemx!
