I have won several international and national awards for my participations in the culinary field, representing England. I am client-focused; target driven; pro-active; highly motivated. Manage, plan and deliver effective and efficient menu/s for the business. Keen conscientious, hardworking and reliable who, adapts to any environment; at the same time can offer dedication, enthusiasm and an excellent work ethic. I have done my CTLLS in teacher, which enable me to teach other fellow chefs, or persons who would like to become a professional chef; not only that, but I am hands-on too.
