With a wealth of culinary experience under his belt, Marcel's career highlights include catering for a one -million-pound wedding in North London where he met Elton John & Kevin Spacey among other famous diners. Drawing on his experience everywhere form first-rate central London establishments, such as 195 Piccadilly - HQ of BAFTA, to Caribbean Cruise Ships( Carnival Fascination and Carnival Spirit), Scottish Estates ( Carberry Tower & Hopetoun House) and private homes all over UK, Marcel brings flair to his dishes and his cooking brims with enticing options. Inspired by his travels and focused on quality and customer satisfaction, this dedicated chef sources form local butchers, farms and suppliers wherever possible.
