I have 9 years experience in Hospitality industry. I hold a Culinary Art diploma from Greece and Professional Cookery and Hospitality management Degree from Scotland. I was as a Sous Chef in many restaurants in Greece, when I came in Scotland I started as a Chef De Partie in Hilton hotels and now I am working in Gleneagles Hotel.
