My basic culinary is Chinese food but I am also able to make Western, Asian food and of course authentic Indonesian and Balinese food.

I have been in the culinary industry for about 20 years working in small restaurants, busy restaurants, 4 star Villas, 4 star hotels, 5 star hotels and now I am working as private chef, where I just cook for certain people.
