I like to keep things healthy, tasty, and simple, using locally sourced food whenever possible. I enjoy cooking seafood the most.
Experience
I have worked in all facets of the culinary world. I started my career in the Washington, DC area, at a small Celtic Pub, worked in Georgetown at high end steak and seafood locations, and finished up doing Executive Catering for Marriot before moving to Colorado. In Colorado, I went from a scratch kitchen brew house, to the Pepsi Center and Red Rocks, and then on to the Aspen area for private catering, as well as running the kitchen at a private golf club.
