Over 15 years in the culinary industry. I have running hotels and restaurants in 4 countries fine dining, casual as well as in 5* cruise ships as Viking Cruises. I acquired my culinary academy degree and have won the VIP Restaurants and Gourmand's Award. I am an expert in Asian, European and Mediterranean (Greek , Italian, Spanish ) cuisine. I am also an expert on charcoal grill and BBQ, breads and pastries. I am professional in organic cuisine, Mexican, East European (I am Bulgarian) and I am very good on Serbian grill (called skara). Russian cuisine. Absolutely no limit on different styles and cuisines. The variety of the food and extras I can deliver is a unlimited!The value you'll receive will be well beyond what you see in the menus. There will be very much surprises.
