I love traditional and popular dishes and recipes and I often like to reproduce them as they have been handed down over the times and sometimes I like to recreate them in a modern way

During my career I have had the pleasure of being able to assist many clients around Europe. For 14 years I have had the honor of being able to serve some UHNW families and Corporates in London and in recent years I have started to reach my clients at their residences during their business trips and holidays in the French Riviera, Var, Piedmont and Liguria .Preference for a healthy cuisine with the minimum use of animal fats, refined sugars and processed products and also I can offer a wide knowledge of gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian cuisine.
