My cuisine is based on fresh, local and seasonal ingredients: it’s simple and deeply rooted in Italian tradition - with some exceptions - and adding a more modern interpretation. My food gas strong Neapolitan and Roman accents, but also includes classic Italian recipes from North to South: I’m very passionate about sharing my Italian heritage.
Experience
I was born near the Amalfi Coast but I live in Rome. I learned to cook at home: my first teachers were my grandfather- who was a passionate cook and pastry chef - and my mother. I have worked in several restaurants and I run my own bistro: six years ago I started working as a personal chef, between Tuscany, Rome and Amalfi Coast.
Our family of 10 had a lovely time with Chef Nora. Her personality and food is not to be missed!

Wonderful Evening
Chef Eleanor was a delight to have cook for us. Everything about our experience was great! She arrived on time and served dinner when we had asked. All courses were served with an explanation of the dish and a nice smile. The food was exemplary. She did not leave until all the dishes were clean and put away. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a delicious and carefree meal.
