I always prepare and cook my food with love and passion, I love experimenting the food, I don’t like to follow the recipe of others, I want to make my own originality.
Experience
I manage my own 2 restaurants and catering Service in Philippines before I work in Antigua and Barbuda. In Carlisle Bay Hotel as Junior Sous Chef, then Verandah Resort and Spa as Asian Chef after Verandah I move to Saint James Club to handle Asian Restaurant and being the Asian Chef. And now I’m working here in Grace Bay Club as Asian Junior Sous Chef from February 2015 up to now, But I’m already promoted as Asian Sous Chef.Even they hire me as Asian Chef it doesn’t mean only Asian menu I know, cooking and making delicious food is my passion, even Italian, Caribbean, Mexican and Spanish food I love to.
