IThe most appreciated feature of my recipes and products has always been the perfect combination of taste and health.I have acquired a deep knowledge of the ingredients and their properties. I can prepare innovative and traditional recipes for various needs: vegan, plant-based, vegetarian, sugar-free, low carb, gluten-free, antioxidant, antiaging, raw. I have experience of multiple cuisines: Top Italian, French, Indian, Japanese, Eastern European.
Experience
As a Chef, Chef Consultant, Top Trusted and Most Dependable Culinary Health Coach, I have always been passionate about healthy good food.
From 1998 to 2000 I cooperated with Professor Umberto Scapagnini, personal physician of the Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi, in research and practice of Nutrigenomics.
In 2005 I attended the cooking course of chef Igles Corelli, Michelin stars Italian master chef, responsible for the professional cooking training of Gambero Rosso. (
In 2006 I started my activity as a chef in my Farmhouse in the Province of Modena (Italy).
In parallel to the catering activity, I have also started a production activity of healthy plant foods that has immediately jumped internationally to the top of quality production.
I’m not only a chef, running an innovative farm I have acquired a sound experience in food production also: I am able to make many varieties of cheese, beer, wine, balsamic vinegar, cider, preserves, fermented and probiotic foods from scratch. I can evaluate and choose the ingredients with the expertise that only a producer has because I know the production and breeding processes.
My activity has won numerous quality awards: Gambero Rosso's Foodies(2) 2012 and 2015 as the most innovative one. Multiple magazines and televisions have published articles and filmed broadcasts about my recipes and products. I took part in many Slow Food events, cooking, giving Food Classes and speeches.
Among my clients, I had the most prestigious 5-star luxury hotels (3) and among my admirers, customers and fans several famous Michelin-starred chefs: Gualtiero Marchesi, Igles Corelli, Massimiliano Alaimo, Heston Blumenthal, Antonio Guida, Bruno Barbieri, Massimo Bottura, and many others; with some of whom I collaborated in the organization of international events. In 2021 I moved to Atlanta.
