I was a chef at one of the best restaurants in my country,Trinidad and Tobago called Bon chez..... I also had my own catering business ...... when I migrated from Trinidad to the U.S. I continued my business her in the U.S.A..... I have catered for parties, wedding, receptions...... etc.
