I cook by instinct, pulling inspiration from my own personal research as well as from my Brazilian background. I love to cook for large groups of people, it reminds me of home.

I have worked as the head chef for a small family owned restaurant for the past 6 years. My workplace is a fast-paced environment, I am accustomed to working under a lot of pressure. I make simple dishes combining humble ingredients to make something delicious.
