I have a fusion based cooking style by incorporating proper technique with new flavors. I also enjoy the classics and use techniques and old school flavors.

I have been a cook/chef for the last 20 years. I have run busy 300 room hotels with banquets for 1000s of people. I have also worked at fine dining small restaurants with progressive food. I enjoy cooking for people it is a passion for me, I am organized and tidey and abide by all health regulations. I have a serve safe manager level certificate.
