Cooking style
I enjoy comfort foods, with French style (what I was primarily trained in) but I like to travel the world with my flavors. Everything from American to Thai, to Irish (traditional) and Indian food. If you want something that I don't fully know, I'm always willing to look up a recipie that fits your desire.
Experience
Working as a line cook for a couple of different restaurants before heading out to be trained by professional chefs at the Turning Stone Casino. Nicholas Salvetti and Douglas Clark. Both head chefs who I learned under during my time out there. I spent some time as a line cook before getting a promotion to a sous chef. I have not cooked professionally for a couple of years now, but I truly miss the rush of cooking and the thrill of making a wonderful meal that people enjoy.
