I start it in Paris at 16 years old. I work at Le Prune d'Ande. I had a restaurant in Haiti. Them move to Texas and open a restaurant. I work Le Gerome hotel in 1980 in Aspen. Them le Gourmand and the Broker in Denver. Them I bought the Bistrot Basalt. Them open a restaurant in Mexico and private chef. And them bough Le Rouge Restaurant, own it for 13 years and decide to retire. But I am missing cooking for people, and I thought I could share my experience with people.
