My cooking style is pretty simple. I cook my recipes safely and effectively. The goal is to perform in ways that appeal to my customers and impress my employers. My menu design, recipe design, and kitchen management are my main priorities in a successful chef experience.

My experiences as a Top Chef have been pleasant. I have been cooking since I was eight years old. I was born in America but was raised in a Caribbean household. I reside in New York, surrounded by many different cultures. I love to eat and cook all types of foods from American, Asian, Italian, Greek, Caribbean dishes and more. I have worked for different restaurants within the past ten years. Its been three years since I started catering out of my home. In 2022 I have been doing private catering services. I love everything about it. I can cook and provide top services to my customers and employees. My customers tend to lick their fingers after eating an astonishing dish of mine.
