I specialize in healthy cooking, plant based cuisine, special dietary needs and many special diets.

I have over 20 years experience working as a Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine at both Canyon Ranch and Red Mountain Health Resorts . I also have many years experience conducting healthy cooking demonstrations and hands on cooking instruction. I currently have my own personal chef business where I have the opportunity to cook for yoga retreats, dinner parties, family vacation meals and food/meal prep.
