I have a broad knowledge of different cuisines working for different restaurants including French, Italian (northern and southern), Cajun/Creole and classic American steakhouses. I am well accustomed to doing large party/banquet style service and smaller more intimate private dinners.

I am a culinary school graduate who has worked with the chefs organization as the private chef for the hunt family as well as in fine dining restaurants here in the Kansas city area.
