I am a jack of all trades when it comes to cooking! I am always expanding my knowledge in cuisines and cooking techniques. Texas BBQ and Interior Mexican Cuisine are my main passion, but I am very intrigued by all types of cuisines.

I have worked in a multitude of restaurants and concepts over my 12+ year career. Events ranging from festivals to small house gatherings. Also, personal meal plans are part of what I do. On top of that, I have multiple years of bartending experience! Whatever the event, I am sure I can make the experience amazing!
