Cooking style
I have experience with all styles, ranging from classical French to BBQ to fried chicken. My own personal style is very Spainish/Mediterranean influenced, with nothing less than the freshest ingredients.
Experience
I started out in the culinary business in 2004, as a dishwasher/prep cook at the Whole Foods Market world headquarters in Austin, TX. I quickly moved up, and learned to cook from some great local chefs, and more importantly I learned how to respect food and the culinary process. I have also managed Food Service Departments for Market Street, ran a lakeside marina called Lee on Lake Travis as the Executive Chef, as well as cooked for multiple dinner parties and events coordinated by myself.
