Bobby has worked in high-end restaurants in Philadelphia, New York, and Miami. He was raised on traditional Italian Cooking which has provided a very strong influence on his culinary career. He is a graduate of Rouxbe Culinary in France and is the ONLY three-time Chaine Des Rotissuers award winner on the southeast coast! Along his culinary journey, he has been named Best New Chef by the American Culinary Federation in 2016 and Best Chef's America award in 2018.

Had a great meal of scallops, Waygu steaks, lobster tails, potatoes, and asparagus. For dessert, We had the most delicious coconut cake. Top notch!

Magnificent Experience
Chef Bobby was absolutely wonderful. He helped to surpise my sisters with an amazing private dinner while away on our girls trip. Chef Bobby came up with a delicious three course meal and was open to simple changes that met everyone's dietary needs. He maintained consistent communication, was timely, clean and professional. Our three course meal was seasoned to perfection. We were grateful to have him for our tasty meal, dessert and wine.
