Cooking style
I focus on conscious cooking with seasonal, organically grown and local ingredients. We are what and where we eat. A healthy relationship with the outer and inner environment is my main focus. I don't really have a style but I like vibrant and colorful plates, I can prepare a various type of dishes, depends what is the vision and intention of the meal. At home, my specialty is to improvise with whatever is available in the kitchen. I get most of my ingredients from the farmers market and local farms.
Experience
Born in France, I remember cooking since i was old enough to hold a knife, my dad being my primary source of inspiration. I got my diploma when i was 20 years old and decided to travel to discover different cultures. Since then i gathered a large panel of experience in many different countries from cafes, restaurants, catering, festivals and private cooking.
