Latin Cuisine is one of my favorites to make, I also enjoy creating healthy cold pastas and well balanced meals. I am very familiar with dietary restrictions and having to make menus that are dairy free and gluten free, including desserts and baked goods.

I completed my Pastry Degree in 2020 and currently work as an Executive Chef for a Sorority at Texas A&M. Baking and pastry is my passion but I am also exceptional at savory foods too. I have worked for butcher shops to pastry stores to catering at A&M.
