I like to cook anything and love to try new things. I'm very good under pressure and have experience with almost every style. I would love the opportunity to do my own thing but that's very difficult to achieve where I live. Basically I would like to cook whatever you want. If it's something I have never done before I will figure it out and it will be delicious

I have worked in the restaurant business for almost 20 years and have learned many different styles and techniques. I learned enough from chefs to be able to cook just about anything. I would really like to have my own restaurant if I could afford the start up but I currently work in a corporate place where I can't be creative.
