I have a unique cooking style made up of a blend of old-fashioned American diner, Italian cooking (as I have spent the better part of my career doing so) also steakhouse and barbeque restaurant

I have always loved to cook. It was a huge part of my childhood as for family meals and neighborhood barbecues was our social networking. I applied for my first job at the age of 13 at the neighborhood diner. At that moment, I knew not only did I have a huge passion for cooking but I also had a nack for it. I have worked with a lot of talented chefs and with their help I have been molding my craft now for almost 20 years
