Having trained at the internationally recognized culinary school The International Hotel School where he acquired his City and guilds qualification in Professional Food Preparation and Culinary Arts, Chef Miya pursued his cooking passion by working in some of South Africa’s top establishments, namely Val De Vee, Paarl Valley and The Peninsula Hotel. Chef Miya moved over to the Private Chef Industry where he runs a highly successful Private Catering and Chef Hiring Company. providing experienced private chefs to the local and international clients. We created a platform for young upcoming chefs from disadvantage background to grow their skills and passion in the culinary work. Cooking originally started as house chores for chef Miya while growing up but has blossomed into a full-blown passion and career over the years, currently with over 13 years’ experiences. Established in 2019 and offering upmarket catering and private chef hiring service our firm has now become well established in the corporate and private foodie market within South Africa. Along with an array of talented staff, our team of chefs we are now in a position to offer memorable experiences for all your occasions
