Mediterranean cuisine with some Asian influences with French basics.

Chef Shlomy, has been in Tamarindo since 2003, starting at Pachanga and currently at Seasons. It started as a hobby in an Italian restaurant in Haifa, Israel after military service; then his hobby became passion in Paris's Le Cordon Bleu. Graduating from the French school while staging at Les Zygomates, Chef Shlomy returned to Israel to work in Israel's high end restaurants and catering services, before leaving to Costa Rica his main focus was on private catered sit-down dinners. Bringing the French - Mediterranean cuisine to Tamarindo in late 2003, Pachanga caught on pretty fast, in 2008 Shlomy opened Seasons restaurant.
