i have been traveling all around Europe and the good thing with Europe is that the melting pot culture is so mixed that you can try and taste all the cooking styles of the world in a nutshell ;) so i try to reproduce what i have experienced in my travel for you but by adding a little something to make it different while keeping the original idea.
