Italian food with a touch of international fusion. Now i work with my Kenyan partner chef Zeinab. She can add the spicy taste of African culture and her experience on cakes making.

I was the owner for ten years of a restaurant in Sosùa-Dominican Republic ( Hostaria 24), i opened restaurants in Canada ( Saveurs d'Italie), Germany (Da Vinci), Repubblica Dominicana (La Baita). I made dinners in private houses in Bonn, New York, Milano y Cabarete.
