My cooking is traditional Mexican, with Spanish influence and French technique. I Cater Any Even, private cooking classes, weekly meal prep, Romantic Dinners, Celebrations and Birthdays. Service in English, Spanish and French.

I was born in Mexico City, where started my passion for real and and delicious food, so at 12 years old I started my cooking training at the best culinary school in the world : my mom's and my grandmas kitchen, (one from Spain and one from Mexico), my strong culinary roots and traditions took me on a mission to Montreal, where I got my Diploma as a Chef. I have over 30 years experience as cook, Executive Chef and Restaurant Owner. It is not just cooking, it is all about passion for real food.
