From fine dining menu to a fancy fast-food experience, I like to mix everything I learned along the way and create bespoke menu for each clients. As my heritage is french, I mix the elegance of french culinary with my world's experiences.

Cooking is my heritage, my mother is a chef herself, and her influence instilled in me the art and joy of creating unforgettable meals. My cuisine reflects a blend of tradition and innovation from my own experiences in many types of kitchen around the world. My path in this journey started 15 years ago and since 4 years I dedicated my time as a personal chef and feel really inspire in it.
