Chef depuis 24 ans, cuisine international mais j'aime plus la cuisine du mediterrânea. Je pratiqué l'école du Club Med pour 13 années . Après 16 longs année chez Accor-hôtels j'ai décider de travailler à mon compte. Aujourd'hui je suis formateur de cuisine international e je m'occupe de faire les cartes e les mise a place dans des restaurant prive qui m´appellent pour les aider. Je Fais aussi de formation a domicile pour qui aime faire des plats et surprendre ses amis.
Chef Giuseppe and his wife have cooked us a wonderful dinner to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. As he is lactose intolerant, they have sourced the best-quality lactose-free cheeses that brought tears to his eyes. It was absolutely amazing! Every dish was carefully thought of, the ingredients were tasty and fresh, the portion sizes were generous and the service was impecable. The chef ran the service like clock-work, with prompt collaboration and responses, being there on time, managing his meal prep, dishing out the food and leaving a spotless kitchen behind. Thank you!
