It is a part of my values as a human being to make you enjoy an unforgettable, unique culinary experience and taste the real aroma of the art of eating in all its shapes, colours and textures.

I am a professional chef from Morocco, who has dedicated her culinary career to placing Moroccan cuisine on the world map. After a successful experience in my motherland, I got an offer to promote the Moroccan culture in Italy, where I worked as a private chef in the catering industry so I prepared dinners/buffet for birthdays, baby showers, Valentin’s dinners etc. The years spent in Italy have clearly increased my Italian culinary skills as well. And… In 2018 I was deeply honored and humbled to be appointed as a “Professional Chef” from the “Accademia Italiana Chef”. 12 Years Later I’ve decided to move in my dream city, in a Muslim country and here I am in Dubai, looking to make a creative contribution with my Moroccan-Italian cuisine know- how.
