Cooking style
I use locally sourced, organic produce when it is in season. Not only does it taste better, but its better for your health and the environment. I know many local farmers personally and like to support their businesses. As a vegetarian, my skills shine when I am cooking a feast that meets your individual dietary needs. I enjoy cooking a vegan dinner without your guests even noticing they haven't had a meat course. However I also enjoy cooking protein and am particularly skilled with making sublime and decadent desserts. If you're want to go all out, I love to go way over the top. I bring a fine dining approach to health food so you will be blown away by the presentation and flavour and still feel light and energised.
Experience
I am a young chef with a wealth of experience cooking everywhere from Byron Bay cafés, Melbourne hatted restaurants, 5 star health retreats and resorts to local high end venues. I have catered for weddings as well as private dinners in luxury Melbourne homes. Most of my experience is in modern Australian hatted restaurants.
