Cooking style
I have had a passion for cooking since age 10 living in Barbados when I started cooking entire meals. Since moving to europe at age 20, I lived in london but spent a lot of time in italy. I also became a food traveller and travel to many exotic destinations renown for their cuisine. I educated myself about fresh ingredients and how to best combine them in cooking to get the most from them. I have honed my skills to creating great seafood dishes, authentic caribbean, italian dishes and some south east asian fusion.
Experience
I have worked in the industry doing gourmet street-food, pop ups at trendy venues and supperclubs on the London foodie scene since 2008 where I grabbed a lot of media attention for serving up caribbean fusion cuisine that no-one else was doing. I am currently running a pop up part-time on the west coast serving seafood tapas and tacos and working as a private chef and gourmet caterer as well.
