I am a dedicated, passionate professional chef with over 16 years of experience in the culinary world. Trained in international cookery, table setting and presentation, studied Thai cooking, Japanese, French, Chinese and Caribbean cuisines. Working in major 5* hotels and resorts in the Caribbean and the UK, also on the cruise line.
