Hello everyone, I am a graduate of the University of the Bahamas Culinary Program and a 23 year industry chef working in both major and minor boutique resorts all throughout the Bahamian archipelago and have been satisfying locals and guests alike for most of my career. I am currently the Executive Chef and I get to put my love of food and my creativity to use daily. I would love to share my love of food with you by creating a truly personalized experience.
What an incredible first night experience in the Abacos! We decided to book Chef Rome'ha for our first night on the island after a long day of traveling in. He cooked and cleaned and even hauled in serving dishes, etc to make certain we had all we needed for a lovely dinner. Conch fritters sand fish tacos were our request and he delivered! Thank you Chef!!
