My experience spans several esteemed roles, including working as a prep chef at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, where I honed my skills in high-end steak and fine dining preparation, and as the head steak chef and pizza dough maker at Boston Pizza. I have mastered the art of creating dough, bread, and pasta by hand, and take pride in crafting homemade gravies and sauces that elevate any dish. Travel has profoundly shaped my culinary repertoire. I’ve explored the local flavors of Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Cuba, Mexico, and across the USA and Canada, drawing inspiration from authentic home dishes and incorporating these influences into my cooking. Currently, I’m embracing the world of mobile cheffing, bringing restaurant-quality meals to private clients while continuing to learn and experiment with new recipes. My ultimate goal is to open my own restaurant, where I can share my creativity and passion for food with a broader audience.
