Have cooked all across Canada, Montreal, Ontario, Penticton, and Calgary. Have traveled the world and picked up ingredients and techniques from many places and cultures. Classically trained at Stratford chefs school. Eating is one of the few base pleasures, each of the five taste buds should always be working when eating and cooking.
