My whole life I have been very interested and involved with cooking food for myself my family and for a career. I have worked in kitchens now for near 11 years and cook all meals for myself and my girlfriend from as many fresh local ingredients as i can find. I have worked in 5 different resteraunts in the area all with different styles of menu and food. As well i have experience working breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts. Including Carving and serving experience from my five years at the Cowichan Valley Golf And Country Club.
